Denise A. Tyre
Denise is involved with the Interiors of all types of projects including Private, Retail, Builder/Developer and Commercial Buildings. She has 30 years experience in all of these design areas. Prior to starting her college education, she interned with Elfrieda Furtaw Interiors and upon returning to Miami, became a partner within the firm. Furthering her design expertise, she worked as an Interior Design executive with Jordan Marsh Interior Design Studios, Director of Sales and Marketing with Carole Korn Interiors and The Taylor and Taylor Partnership (an upscale Architectural firm) on Miami Beach.
In Addition, she designed 8 years for Lennar Corporation within their in-house Design Department doing Model Design and merchandising of their homes.
This further accelerated her goal to achieve a well rounded design background.
Denise designs for many hi-profile clients all over the United States. She continues to get referrals on new residences as well as commercial spaces through these clients. In past years, she was featured as a celebrity Interior Designer for the March of Dimes Gourmet Gala, ASID Showcase House in Lighthouse Point, and The Children's Home Society Showcase House in Coral Gables.
She travels throughout the US and has seen many of the art treasures located in "The Hermitage" in Russia. Continuing Education is a priority with her that includes researching and understanding the current building codes, as well as the new "Leeds" green building specifications on the latest projects.
Denise is a native Miamian, former allied member of ASID, charter member of Directions of American Cancer Society, and is currently listed in the Social Register of Miami. She is a Florida Licensed Interior Designer and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Berry College, Rome, GA . In addition, she is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson (in-active status).
She is with the OII firm for 8 years and is Director of Operations, a Project Manager, and Interior Designer. She wears many hats and works closely with all clients servicing their accounts. Denise attributes the key to Office Interiors International's success as being "on call" and servicing their client's needs on a daily basis.
